What would happen if I activate Levia-Dragon - Daedalus' or Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus' effect while my opponent controls March of the Monarchs (the reason why I hate playing against Monarch decks) and a tribute summoned monster? March of the Monarchs says I can't destroy tribute summoned monsters with a card effect, but either Daedalus' effects destroy all cards on the field, except for itself. Will I destroy both March of the Monarchs and the Tribute Summoned Monster, only March of the Monarchs, or non of them and will only waste an Umi card?
