• While this card's text does not say which effects correspond to which numbers, the following effects were seen in the anime:
  • Rolling a 1 caused the monster to lose 1000 ATK.
  • Rolling a 5 caused the monster's original ATK to be halved.
  • Rolling a 6 caused the monster's original ATK to be doubled.
• The effects of rolling a 2, 3, or 4 were never shown. In addition, all the above effects were seen to last only through the Damage Step.

• In episode 106, this card can be seen when Duke Devlin, Tristan Taylor, and Serenity Wheeler were building their Virtual World Decks for their Duel against Nezbitt. This was the only known card that Duke selected for his Deck.

• In episode 107, Duke uses this card during his Tag Duel with Serenity against Nezbitt (Tristan also originally participated, but he lost after his Deck Master was destroyed). When "Orgoth the Relentless" attacks "Machine King", this card's effect activated. Duke rolls a 6, which doubles the original ATK of "Orgoth" until the end of the Damage Step. Nezbitt rolls a 1, which causes "Machine King" to lose 1000 ATK until the end of the Damage Step (which made the ATK of "Machine King" 2100). "Orgoth" then destroys "Machine King". Later this card's effect activated again when Nezbitt's "Perfect Machine King" attacks "Orgoth the Relentless". Nezbitt rolls a 5, which causes "Perfect Machine King"'s original ATK to be halved (which caused the ATK of "Perfect Machine King" to become 3850) until the end of the Damage Step. Duke rolls a 1, which causes "Orgoth" to lose 1000 ATK. "Perfect Machine King" then destroys "Orgoth". This causes this card to be destroyed as "Orgoth" was the only monster Duke had on his side of the field. Nezbitt commented at one point that this card doesn't make sense at all.
