Rename

While I've stated before that I will not interfere with yugipedia except with missing JALORE. I think I have to break my statement here.

I suggest we rename this thing as "Activation Condition", as per what stated on "Traptrix Rafflesia", which is a card with a nice, clean PSCT.

"Activation requirement" is used as well in official sources, but I would rather go with the terminology used in card text. Activation condition is also used on the Strategy Site; it's also worth taking this breakdown of PSCT into account. --SnorlaxMonster 02:33, 23 June 2018 (UTC)
