What a fucking idiotic move. He was never called "Jibakushin Scarred Nova." We have no basis for naming the page like so other than stupid fan conjecture. Don't give that bullshit of wait until next week either, we should not have to wait until next week to not name a page something that has been in no way confirmed or even shown in the series. Show me where they refer to him in the anime as having the name "earthbound immortal scarred nova" and i will change my mind, but being an Earthbound Immortal doesn't mean he automatically gets that term in front of his name.
