This template is a generic layout for cards from the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG and TCG, as well as cards from the Bandai and Yu-Gi-Oh! Dungeon Dice Monsters (DDM) games. It is also intended for anime-, manga-, and video game-only cards.

Card name
This section deals with adding Card Names from various languages and media. If you add a name that does not exist officially it should be noted at the top of the page that that name has been approximated.

; name : The card's official English name. The template is set up to automatically pull this from the page's title, so this parameter should be omitted unless the card's name is different from the page name - for instance, for the card "Jinzo #7", since the number sign cannot be used in URLs; or for cards with something in parenthesis following their name because there is another article with the same name as the card, for example "Dark Magician (Arkana)".

Note: Only Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish and Thai will be on the main Card Table. The rest are only stored as semantic attributes, but are still fully searchable.

; arname : The card's Arabic name.
