The New Ruler booster is the first booster pack in the OCG series 3, released in May 16, 2002, it contain cards like Helpomer, Coffin Seller and the first appearance of the Gravekeeper monsters it also contains many cards used by Yami Marik in the anime, all of the cards in this set released in the TCG pack "Pharaonic Guardian except for the reprint version of Gaia the Fierce Knight in Ultimate Rare form.
