The Unchosen One

Card type	Monster
Attribute	SPELL"SPELL" is not in the list (DARK, DIVINE, EARTH, FIRE, LIGHT, WATER, WIND, ?, ???, THUNDER, ...) of allowed values for the "Attribute" property.
Activate only while your opponent controls 2 or more monsters. Your opponent must select 1 monster they control. Destroy all cards your opponent controls, except that monster. Then, Special Summon 1 monster destroyed by this effect in Attack Position.
