After Jaden's "Elemental Hero Shining Flare Wingman" attacks and destroys Ojin's weakest "Satellite Cannon", Ojin activates this card to send his two remaining "Satellite Cannons" to the Graveyard, Fusion Summon "Satellite Laser Balsam", and increase the ATK of "Satellite Laser Balsam" by 3000.
