- In episode 139, Sherry LeBlanc uses this card during her Ground Duel against Crow Hogan and Akiza Izinski. She activates this card on the first turn of the Duel. Sherry claims to her opponents that they will be both Dueling her on separate fields, but in reality the Duel was using the rules of a Triangle Duel and Sherry was using this to make Akiza and Crow fight each other. When Akiza summons "Twilight Rose Knight", this card's effect negated the summon and destroyed "Twilight Rose Knight" and summoned a "Mask Token" on Akiza's side of the field with the same ATK and DEF as "Twilight Rose Knight" (Crow saw this as Sherry summoning a "Mask Token"). When Crow summons "Blackwing - Kochi the Daybreak", this card's effect negated the summon and destroyed "Kochi the Daybreak" and summoned a "Mask Token" on Crow's side of the field with the same ATK and DEF as "Kochi the Daybreak" (Akiza saw this as Sherry summoning a Mask Token). Later Akiza Tributes her "Mask Token" in order to Tribute Summon "Rose Tentacles", however this card's effect negated the summon and destroyed "Rose Tentacles" and summoned a "Mask Token" on Akiza's side of the field with the same ATK and DEF as "Rose Tentacles" (Crow saw this as Sherry Tributing a "Mask Token" to summon another Mask Token). Akiza then uses her "Mask Token" to attack and destroy Crow's "Mask Token" (Crow saw this as Sherry using her "Mask Token" to attack and destroy Crow's "Mask Token"). When Crow summons "Blackwing - Bora the Spear", this card's effect negated the summon and destroyed "Bora the Spear" and summoned a "Mask Token" on Crow's side of the field with the same ATK and DEF as "Bora the Spear" (Akiza saw this as Sherry summoning a "Mask Token"). Crow then Special Summons "Blackwing - Kogarashi the Wanderer" from his hand via its own effect. Due to the effect of "Kogarashi the Wanderer", its Special Summon isn't negated by this card's effect. Sherry then activates "Fleur de Vertiges" to banish "Kogarashi the Wanderer", but Crow activates "Down Force" to negate "Fleur de Vertiges" and destroy it. Akiza was shocked that Sherry had summoned a Blackwing monster onto her side of the field and wondered how did that happen. "Kogarashi the Wanderer" then attacks Akiza's "Mask Token", but Sherry activates "High Half" to halve the ATK of Akiza's "Mask Token". "Kogarashi the Wanderer" then destroys Akiza's "Mask Token" (Akiza sees this as "Kogarashi the Wanderer" attacking her token and her Token mysteriously getting its ATK halved through unknown means before "Kogarashi the Wanderer" destroys it). Sherry then activates "Imitation" to target Crow's "Mask Token" and Special Summon a "Mask Token" with the same stats as Crow's "Mask Token" onto Akiza's side of the field as well as inflict half its ATK as damage to Akiza (Akiza sees this turn as a "Mask Token" mysteriously appearing on her side of the field and taking damage through unknown means). Eventually Akiza figures out that Sherry had used this card and her words to trick both Akiza and Crow into fighting each other. Akiza then uses the effect of "Kogarashi the Wanderer" to tune her "Mask Token" with "Kogarashi the Wanderer" and Synchro Summon "Black Rose Dragon". Due to the last effect of "Kogarashi the Wanderer", the Synchro Summon of "Black Rose Dragon" isn't negated by this card's effect. Akiza then activates "Black Rose Dragon's" effect to destroy all cards on the field, thus breaking the illusion this card was creating.
- This card also appears in a flashback Crow has when he wonders why did Sherry use her first Trap in an attempt to banish "Kogarashi the Wanderer" and her second Trap to halve her own "Mask Token's" ATK when "Kogarashi the Wanderer" attacked the token. Crow eventually figures out that Sherry is using an illusion to make Crow and Akiza fight each other.
- This card also appears in a flashback Akiza has when she notes to herself that the occurrence where a "Mask Token" got mysteriously summoned onto her side of the field and she took damage equal to half its ATK is similar to earlier when her "Mask Token" got its ATK halved through unknown means.
- This card also appears in Crow and Akiza's explanation when they explain to Sherry they initially thought they were Dueling Sherry in different field, but they eventually figured out that was a lie due to Sherry using "Fleur de Vertiges" to try to banish "Kogarashi the Wanderer" and using "High Half" to halve the ATK of Akiza's "Mask Token" when it got attacked by "Kogarashi the Wanderer".
