Card Appearances:Multiple Slime
- In episode 65, Mad Dog uses this card during his duel against Zane Truesdale. He Special Summons this card via "Slime Base". Mad Dog then uses this card to attack and destroy "Proto-Cyber Dragon". Later "Chimeratech Overdragon"(who had 4800 ATK due to its effect) attacks and destroys this card. This card's effect then activated, Special Summoning three Slime Monster tokens. Mad Dog then activates "Trap Trip" to add Last Machine Acid Virus" from his Graveyard to his hand, intending to set it on his next turn to win the Duel. "Chimeratech Overdragon" then attacks and destroys the three Slime Monster Tokens due to its own effect, winning Zane the duel.
- In episode 83, this card appears in a flashback Zane has when Mr. Shroud reminds him that his popularity rose back up all thanks to him.
