Tribute 1 Plant-Type monster. Negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card, or the Normal or Special Summon of a monster, and destroy that card.	When a monster would be Normal or Special Summoned, OR a Spell/Trap Card is activated: Tribute 1 Plant-Type monster; negate the Summon or activation, and if you do, destroy that card.
