A Few Questions[edit]

Hey, I just added an approximated Arabic Lore for Blue-Eyes White Dragon and wanted to ask a few questions. First, is it possible to change the direction of the typing so it starts from the right instead of the left (since Arabic is a right-to-left language), because the current Arabic lore looks a bit awkward, especially the punctuations. Also, is it possible to increase the writing's size since the current Arabic lore is quite small and hard to actually read? -- Melik el-Al'ab 17:44, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Is this okay?

Er. You mean the direction, that you type when you're editing the page? -- Deltaneos (talk) 18:15, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Oh my, perhaps my question was a bit vague. I wanted to know how to type the Card Lore right-to-left with a bigger font.
I've noticed that some pages (like Dark Magician) now have a bigger Arabic font which is right-to-left, well I don't want to complain, but the font size is a bit too big (the old one was fine) and the right-to-left thing in the Card Table itself is unnecissary. Writing right-to-left is only really important when writing complete sentences and paraghraphs exceeding 1 line, like in the case of Card Lores. Otherwise, it is unimportant. Sorry! -- Melik el-Al'ab 22:39, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
Individual users can change the font size, they see when editing. Changing the direction is a bit more difficult... it might' be possibe. I'll look into it. -- Deltaneos (talk) 08:38, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
Okay, go to User:Melik el-Al'ab/monobook.css and add this line:
textarea {textarea {font-size:100%; text-align: right;}
Change the 100% to the size you want. This will change the size and direction of all text you type in the edit section. The change will take a while to apply, but after you make the page, instructions on how to skip the wait appear. -- Deltaneos (talk) 09:04, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
Hmm... The change seems to be an increase in the size of the entire page I'm seeing rather than the text I type, and the font direction hasn't changed. I'm starting to experience text-overlapping in some parts as well. I highly apologize for the trouble, but it seems best to just drop the entire idea. Thanks anyway =) -- Melik el-Al'ab 12:21, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
Sorry, my mistake, that should have been:
textarea {font-size:110%; text-align: right;}
