Q&A Rulings
- Q: I activate "Squib Draw", targeting an "Autorokket Dragon" on my field. If my opponent chains "Forbidden Lance" and makes "Autorokket Dragon" unaffected by Spell/Trap effects, how does "Squib Draw" resolve?
- A: In this scenario, if the "Autorokket Dragon" targeted with "Squib Draw" becomes unaffected by Spell/Trap effects due to the effect of "Forbidden Lance", it is not destroyed by "Squib Draw", and you cannot draw 2 cards.[1]
- Q: I activate "Squib Draw", targeting an "Anesthrokket Dragon" on my field. If my opponent chains "Book of Moon" and changes "Anesthrokket Dragon" to face-down Defense Position, how does "Squib Draw" resolve?
- A: Even if the monster targeted with "Squib Draw" is in face-down Defense Position when the effect resolves, it is still destroyed, and you draw 2 cards.[2]
