OCG Rulings

• [Regarding the Pendulum Effect "If a monster(s) is Special Summoned, and you control "Supreme King Z-ARC" and another Pendulum Monster (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card, then you can choose 1 other Pendulum Monster you control, and the Attribute and Level of that monster or this card become the Attribute and Level of the other."
  • It starts a Chain and can be activated in the Pendulum Zone.
  • The activation condition "and you control "Supreme King Z-ARC"" is fulfilled if "Supreme King Z-ARC" is face-up in your Monster Zone or Spell & Trap Zone (including your Pendulum Zone).
  • The activation condition "and you control "Supreme King Z-ARC" and another Pendulum Monster" must be fulfilled at the time of activating this effect. You must control a "Supreme King Z-ARC" and a Pendulum Monster.
  • It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
  • When resolving this effect, Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone. Then, if this card was successfully Special Summoned, you can choose another Pendulum Monster you control with at least 1 of either its Level or its Attribute different than this card's, and change the Level and Attribute of one monster to the other one's.
  • Special Summoning this card and changing a monster's Level and Attribute do not occur simultaneously.

• [Regarding the monster effect "If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 face-up "Supreme King Dragon" or "Supreme King Gate" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand, then, immediately after this effect resolves, you can Synchro or Xyz Summon 1 "Supreme King Dragon" monster."
  • It is a Trigger Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
  • It can also be activated during the Damage Step.
  • When resolving this effect, add 1 "Supreme King Dragon" Pendulum Monster or "Supreme King Gate" Pendulum Monster from your face-up Extra Deck to your hand. If you successfully added a card to your hand, you can Synchro Summon 1 "Supreme King Dragon" Synchro Monster, or Xyz Summon 1 "Supreme King Dragon" Xyz Monster, immediately after resolving this effect's Chain Link.
