TCG Rulings
- Paying 1000 Life Points is a cost.[1]
- This targets your opponent's Synchro Monster.[1]
- If you take control of a Synchro Monster and then flip it face-down, you will keep it until your End Phase and then return control of it as normal.[1]
- If the monster targeted by "Synchro Control" is flipped face-down before the effect resolves you do not gain control of it.[1]
OCG Rulings
- Paying 1000 Life Points is a cost to activate "Synchro Control".[2]
- The effect of "Synchro Control" targets one face-up Synchro Monster that the opponent controls.[2]
