OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Wind-Up Warrior" is an Ignition Effect.[1]
- The effect targets 1 face-up "Wind-Up" monster in your Monster Zone.[1]
- The effect can also be activated by targeting "Wind-Up Warrior" itself.[1]
- It cannot target a "Wind-Up" Xyz Monster or Link Monster.[1]
- In "You can target 1 face-up "Wind-Up" monster you control; increase its Level by 1 and its ATK by 600, until the End Phase", the text "until the End Phase" should read "until the end of the turn". (This is effective from July 10, 2014.)[1]
