Am I able to special summon Izanagi with its effekt at any time? For excample in the battle phase of my opponent when he declares an attack? --84.59.13.99 19:37, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

You can only Summon "Izanagi" during your own Main Phase. "Izanagi" is Summoned through a Summoning Condition, and you can only use Summoning Conditions to Summon a monster during your own Main Phase (unless the card specifically stated otherwise).

It's usually better to ask questions on the Forum, since it's specifically set up so that people can answer your questions.
