Yes, you can. When "Morphtronic Radion" is Summoned, its effect is applied immediately and it has 1800 ATK. "Bottomless Trap Hole" can only be activated after this - at this time, "Morphtronic Radion" has >1500 ATK, so "Bottomless Trap Hole" may be activated.
