No. The first few lines of its text, "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by" indicate that it is a Nomi and can only be Summoned by the method on the text. It is Semi-Nomis, i.e. monsters whose text includes "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by" that may be revived with "Monster Reborn" etc. if they have been Summoned by the method on the text beforehand. -- Deltaneos (talk) 20:45, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
