- This card can be searched by "Cosmic Slicer Zer'oll", "Watch Cat", "Watch Dog", "Rogue of Endymion", "The Despair Uranus", and other generic searchers.
- Use the effect of "Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar" or "Alien Overlord" to easily place A-Counter to use this effect.
- Special Summon "Alien Warrior" or "Alien Overlord" with this effect to replace your A-Counters used for this card's effect.
- Use this card's effect, and then bounce it back with "Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar". There will most likely be enough A-Counters from the effect of "Gol'gar" alone to use this card again, allowing yourself to swarm the field with "Alien" monsters.
- A fun combo for this card is "Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar" and "Call of the Haunted". Bouncing the Trap will destroy the "Alien" monster and give yourself another A-Counter. "Call of the Haunted" can then be re-used.
- This card works well with cards that destroy your own monsters, such as ""A" Cell Scatter Burst", "Mysterious Triangle", "Alien Ammonite", "Offering to the Snake Deity", "Swing of Memories" and "Viper's Rebirth".
- Play This card with 2 ""A" Cell Incubator" for unlimited Graveyard Summons. (As long as there are already two A Counters on the field).
