- In a "Cyber Dragon" Deck, this card can be Xyz Summoned Special Summoning "Cyber Dragon" with its own effect, then Special Summoning "Galaxy Soldier" and Normal Summoning "Cyber Dragon Drei" and activating its effect.
- Alternatively, it is possible to use "Machine Duplication" by targeting "Cyber Dragon", "Cyber Dragon Core" or any other monster whose name becomes "Cyber Dragon" while on the Field.
- "UFO Turtle" can be used to Special Summon "Woodborg Inpachi". Then "Machine Duplication" can be used to Special Summon 2 more copies of it.
- "Ronintoadin" or "Dupe Frog" can be used with "Inferno Reckless Summon" to Special Summon three copies of "Des Frog" (since they are treated as "Des Frog" while face up on the field).
- This card can be effective against "Superheavy Samurai" Decks, due to its lack of Spell/Trap cards.
