Card Tips:Karakuri Shogun mdl 00 "Burei"
- Use "Karakuri Komachi mdl 224 "Ninishi"" to Normal Summon 2 "Karakuri" monsters and Synchro Summon this card. Then, Special Summon an appropriate "Kararuki" monster from the Deck and Synchro Summon another copy of this card. Overlay both to "Mecha Phantom Beast Dracossack", Special Summon the 2 tokens and use one of them to Synchro Summon a third copy of this card or "Karakuri Steel Shogun mdl 00X "Bureido"" (depending on the "Karakuri" Tuner monster you summoned by the effect of the second "Burei"). Then, Special Summon another Tuner by the effect of "Bureido" and Synchro another "Burei" by tuning this last Tuner with the remaining token. This will give you 1 "Burei", 1 "Bureido" and 1 "Dracossack".
- If you prefer, you don't have to Synchro Summon the last "Shogun" and use the remaining token to destroy a card your oponent controls.
- Use "Monster Reborn" or "Redox, Dragon Ruler of Boulders" to Special Summon the "Burei" you datached from "Dracossack".
- Before overlaying the two "Burei", use their effects to change the Battle Position of monsters your opponent may control and inflict even more damage or surpass a high-ATK monster.
- Use "De-Synchro" to Special Summon the monsters used for this monster's Synchro Summon, then Synchro Summon it again to get one more "Karakuri" monster from the Deck.
- This card can be summoned easily by using "Black Salvo".
- This card works especially well with "Morphtronics". It can be easily Synchro Summoned with either "Morphtronic Scopen" or "Morphtronic Remoten" and a level 4 "Morphtronic" machine type. It's effect also synergizes with "Morphtronics", since all "Morphtronic" monsters' effects are dictated by their battle position.
- There is an OTK that you can pull off with just 2 cards in hand and 1 in Graveyard. Have a "Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive" or any other DARK Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard and Normal Summon "Black Salvo". Special Summon "Dekoichi" and activate "Machine Duplication" to Special Summon 2 more "Black Salvo". Then Synchro Summon this card and use its effect to Special Summon a Lv 4 "Karakuri" monster. Then, Synchro Summon a second "Shogun" with "Back Salvo" and the "Karakuri" and use its effect to bring out a third Shogun.
