- Combo this card with "Instant Fusion" to give a Toon Deck access to the Cyber Dragon Infinity engine, to protect vulnerable cards such as "Toon Kingdom" and lock down your opponent from making plays.
- Just like the original "Cyber Dragon", this card can be used to get rid of nuisance cards in your opponent's Extra Monster Zone by summoning "Chimeratech Megafleet Dragon", by using both Toon Cyber Dragon and your opponent's monster.
