In the Japanese games, it is described as:
Normal-looking curry and rice at a glance, but be warned - it is rather spicy.

Acquisition
Like all present items, Curry and Rice can be obtained in all games from the Item Machine or be given by characters upon entering an area, in Tag Force 4 by talking to Nervin, in Tag Force 5 and 6 by talking to Zora.
