Do I have priority to activate Elemental Hero Prismas effect when he is normal summoned?
If my opponent activates royal oppression to negate one of my special summons, can I activate mystical space typhoon to stop his oppression from negating my special summon?76.185.39.207 23:41, November 21, 2009 (UTC)
- 1) When "Elemental Hero Prisma" is Summoned, you can activate its effect before the opponent can respond.
- 2) Yes, that is legal. "Royal Oppression" needs to remain face-up on the field for its effect to be applied, so if "Mystical Space Typhoon" removes "Royal Oppression" from the field, then "Royal Oppression" will resolve without effect and will not negate anything.
