ok...can 2 face-up marauding captains protect a face-down warrior from being selected as an attack target?
Also...my opponent attacks with a blue-eyes and I activate Magic Cylinder. He wants to chain shrink to my magic cylinder to decrease his monsters attack before cylinder resolves...can he do this? and will it only inflict half the damage? Picasso 81189 03:24, 13 March 2009 (UTC)

Two Marauding Captain's cannot protect a face-down Warrior-type monster since its type cannot be confirmed. ok...now lets have someone who actually leaves a signature tell me that...and why can you chain shrink? Wouldn't it miss the timing because the chain is already resolving? Picasso 81189 04:19, 13 March 2009 (UTC)
- He's right. For the second one, you chain "Shrink" to "Magic Cylinder". "Magic Cylinder" doesn't automatically resolve or anything; it works like every other Trap Card. "Shrink" resolves first and halves the monster's ATK, and then "Magic Cylinder" resolves, negates the attack, and inflicts damage equal to the monster's current ATK.
