1st question: When Jinzo is summoned, can forced back and/or divine warth be activated in response?!
2nd question: When King Dragun is on the field, can Mirror Force and/or Lightning Vortex destroy the dragons on the field since it is not an especiffic target?!

1) Force Back yes, but Divine Wrath cannot for 2 reasons 1) Jinzo's Effect is Continuous & 2) Jinzo would be on the field already if you were to try and activate Divine Wrath it would be negated regardless.
2) Yes because Mirror Force and Lightning Vortex does not specifically target Dragons
