Does angel 07 stop kalut? To state the question properly... Does kalut activate in the hand or the graveyard? 2irishman2 00:00, January 16, 2010 (UTC)
- Where the activation takes place doesn't matter. "Angel O7" prevents all effects from activate, unless it is a Continuous Effect. "Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow" cannot be activated if the effect of "Angel O7" is being applied. DemonGodAsura 00:17, January 16, 2010 (UTC)
Angel 07 prevents effects being activated in the card zones and the hand isn't a card zone but the graveyard is a card zone. 166.128.79.235 01:11, January 16, 2010 (UTC)
- That is incorrect, as the rulings state that effects similar to "Kuriboh" and "Thunder Dragon" cannot be activated. The effect of "Blacwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow" is an effect like "Kuriboh". DemonGodAsura 01:49, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

- Pardon? "Golden Ladybug" has an Trigger Effect which activates, so you can't activate its effect while "Angel O7" is on the field. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 04:43, January 17, 2010 (UTC)
