Hey I was wondering what would happen if you had a Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon with a a harpie on the field, then you equip the harpie with Ring of Magnetism What would happen? which one would be attacked?

Your opponent would only be able to attack the "Harpie" monster. This is because "Ring of Magnetism"'s effect is applied last.
"Ring of Magnetism" is an old card, so it has a weird effect. If your opponent's monsters can attack (ignoring "Ring of Magnetism"), then "Ring of Magnetism" doesn't prevent them from attacking. However, the only possible attack target is the equipped monster, even if it normally couldn't be attacked. --Deus Ex Machina 01:30, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
i believe you are wrong because if you had harpies pet baby dragon on the field and a harpie lady equiped with ring of magnatism the effects would counteract each other and your opponent could not attack
