i f i activate "bait doll" targeting a face-down "icarus attack", but i control no cards & my opponent's only 2 cards are 1 winged beast monster & "icarus attack", will the opponent be forced to tribute the winged beast as the cost or must the conditions be correct (2 cards for targeted destruction), or only the timing (which i assume is related to conditions for activation).

- Since your opponent is unable to target 2 cards on the field, they cannot Tribute the monster in the first place. Thus, the activation timing is incorrect and the effect "Icarus Attack" is negated, then destroyed. --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 16:05, March 26, 2013 (UTC)
Ok. So, if the conditions are correct, (sufficcient # of cards to target for destruction per "icarus attack") the opponent's winged beast monster will be tributed per "bait doll"?

- Yes, if there were 2 cards on the field that could be targeted by "Icarus Attack", it would not be negated. As a note, "Icarus Attack" cannot target itself, according to its rulings. --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 16:47, March 26, 2013 (UTC)
Thank you much.
