On the tips page of Bark of Dark Ruler, it says: "Have a fiend monster and "Reverse Trap" and "Magic Cylinder". Use "Reverse Trap" with this card when an opponent attacks and insted of decreasing its ATK you increase its ATK until its ATK=your opponent's life and then activate "Magic Cylinder", and that is an OTK! "

- No, "You can only activate this card during the Damage Step of a Battle Phase"
