yes you can, although there are very few reasons to. Most trap cards or quick-play spell cards that activate durring your battle phase usually require a monster on your field. Shadowfox337 (talk • contribs) 03:20, July 26, 2010 (UTC)
- The Battle Phase is mandatory, there's no choice on entering it or not. Even if you don't attack or anything, you still have to go into it during your turn. --DARK 03:24, July 26, 2010 (UTC)
