So if I use Call of the Haunted as a response to Urgent Tuning will I be able to use the monster I summoned from Call of the Haunted as synchro material or can I not use Call of the Haunted inn the first place?(I still get a bit confused about the the whole damage step thing T_T!)
damage step? Both cards have nothing to do with the damage step (and can't be activated in it). Also urgent tuning does not target, the monsters are chosen in the resolution of urgent tuning. So if you chain call you can use the summoned monster.
