If I active monster reborn and select one monster in my opponents graveyard can my opponent chain call of the haunted and pick the same card that i am going to pick or does he has to active call of the haunted before I declare the card i am going to pick?
You declare the target for Monster Reborn when you activate it. Then, your opponent can chain the effect of Call of the Haunted at this time your opponent declares the target for it. Since the chain resolves in reverse, Your opponent's Call of the Haunted special summons the monster first. Then, your Monster Reborn resolves without effect because the target for it is no longer in the graveyard.-- HHTurtle Talk 02:47, October 8, 2010 (UTC)
