Warning: Huge Wall of Helpful Text

First things first, could you give us some idea of how your deck works? it may help us determine how best to help you with your deck recipe. I've got to admit, it's rare that you see these two thrown together in the same deck.

First we'll talk about your monsters. Ditch the Bitelon if you're not going to be using the Ultra Evolution Pill, and if you do then replace it with Des Feral Imp, at least then you get to return a free card to your deck, or another Dark Driceratops since you'll get the boost from Jurassic World.

Take out Earth Effigy since you don't have any normal earth monsters to make it any sort of useful, take out Kabazauls since you have 3 Sabersaurus, the Hydrogeddons are optional since they can swarm in favorable conditions.

Now we need to discuss the level monsters, the two you have selected are some of the better level monsters out there, however running both of them in this particular deck seems a bit excessive to me. You need to decide which of the two you want to focus on, either the Armed Dragons or Horus. If you choose Horus, then ditch Black Ptera, since any usefulness he may have had is now null and void.

Monsters/Effects
Take out
1x Earth Effigy
1x Bitelon
1x Kabazauls

Optional
Armed Dragons or Horus The Black Flame Dragon
1x Black Ptera
2x Hydrogeddon
1x Spirit Reaper

Keep
3x Sabersaurus
2x Black Stego
1x Black tyrano
1x Dark driceratops
2x Gilasaurus

Now, I'll get to the recommendations at the end of this list, because next we need to talk about your spells, and then the traps there after. So lets get to cracking on those!
Now your spells here don't look all that bad, but they could really use some improvement as well.

Spells
Take out
2x Stray Lambs
1x Rush recklessly

Optional
1x Heavy storm
1x Snatch steal or Enemy controller
1x Nobleman of Cross Out
1x Mystical Space typhoon

Keep
1x Level up
1x Jurassic world
1x Lightning vortex
1x Monster Reborn 1x Swords of revealing light

I took the Stray Lambs out because they're only good for defensive purposes, and we've got Black Stego for that, which has better staying power I might add. Sure, Rush Recklessly gives you a solid 700+ attack bonus for one turn, but the chances of you getting the one copy when you need it most is slim. I had planned on taking out Nobleman of Cross Out, but I'm going to leave him in optional. Now onto the traps.

Traps
Take out
1x Compulsory evacuation device

Optional
1x Trap hole
1x Bottomless trap hole

Keep
1x Fossil Excavation
1x Draining shield
1x Sakuretsu armor x 3
1x Magic cylinder

Compulsory Evacuation Device's usefulness is rather limited, it serves as a quick save but nothing else really. I think there are better cards that could replace it, which brings us to the next section; Recommendations. I know that the theme of this deck is Dragons and Dinosaurs, but we need a better definition of what this deck is to do.

Monsters/Effects
Recommended Adds
1x Gilasaurus
1x Dark Driceratops
1x Montage Dragon
1x Decoy Dragon
2x Hyper Hammerhead

The above cards should be added regardless of what you intend to turn the deck into, they're sure to bring some vital support and power. Hyper Hammerhead bounces your opponent's monster back to their hand after battle with your opponents monster, while Montage Dragon can offer a surprise offensive. Say you have several high level monsters in your hand, but nothing on the field to summon them with, offer them up as tribute to summon Montage Dragon from your hand, gaining 300 Atk x the combined total of the tribute monsters levels.

Optional Adds
Cyber Dinosaur
Ultimate Tyranno or Super Conductor Tyranno
Tyranno Infinity
Giant Rat or Masked Dragon
Cyber Jar

The cards in the optional section above may influence the direction of your deck and how it flows, Tyranno Infinity for example. This humble little dinosaur has no attack or defense on it's own, but it gains 1000 ATK x the number of Dinosaur-type monsters removed from play. My own dinosaur deck was pretty much built around this lil guy.

Giant Rat and Masked Dragon should be obvious choices because of their ability to search for other monsters at 1500 atk or bellow, you can have 2 of either or 1 of both if you like variety. On the other side you could always use Cyber Jar, sure you lose all the monsters on your field but you gain five new cards, it could be quite worth it, and can be searched easily by Giant Rat.

Cyber Dinosaur was pretty much designed to counter Cyber Dragon, since it can be special summoned from the hand whenever your opponent does the same, a nifty little card combo for Cyber Dinosaur is to special summon Gilasaurus, then activate Triggered Summon, summon a second level 4 monster and then Cyber Dinosaur when your opponent special summons from their hand, and you still have a normal summon to boot!

Besides the mighty Black Tyranno, we have Super Conductor Tyranno and Ultimate Tyranno. Both of them are might additions to any dinosaur deck, and a lot of the decks that I've seen try to run both. Super Conductor Tyranno could be comboed with Black Ptera, allowing you to inflict 1000 direct damage to your opponent's life points, while Ultimate Tyranno attacks every one of your opponent's monsters that are on the field, attach Fairy Meteor Crush or Big Bang Shot and you effectively make Ultimate Tyranno into a Spear Dragon with a serious case of roid rage.

Ok now onto the spells and traps (Ugh I apologize for writing such a long response).

Spells
Recommended Adds
1x Graceful Charity or Pot of Avarice
1x Swords of Concealing Light
1x Demise of the Land or Terraforming
1x Big Evolution Pill
2x Stamping Destruction

Graceful Charity is an obvious choice, since it allows you some significant drawing power, and can be helpful if you in powering up Tyranno Infinity if you have cards like Macro Cosmos or Dimensional Fissure activated. Port of Avarice on the other hand allows you to restock your deck with monsters from the graveyard, while letting you draw 2 from the deck after shuffling.

I didn't know if I should add Stamping Destruction to the recommended list or optional list, but I decided just to add it here. As you can see, Stamping Destruction can only be played when a Dragon-type monster is on the field, it allows you to destroy one of your opponents spell/traps AND has the added benefit of inflicting 500 points of damage to their life points. :3

Swords of Concealing Light forces your opponents monsters face down into defense position, and is a nice little combo for Black Tyranno, so long as your opponent doesn't have any spell or traps in their respective zone. Allowing Black Tyranno a direct attack straight through your opponent's defenses.

By sacrificing a Dinosaur-type monster on your field, Big Evolution Pill allows you to summon any Dinosaur-type monster from your hand without tribute for 3 of your opponents turns. Demise of The Land can be used to search for and activate Jurassic World, which sets up a combination to use Volcanic Eruption at the end of the turn, instantly purging the field of cards. Terraforming can be used to search for Jurassic World as well, so it's really up which you like best. I should also mention Destroyersaurus , a 1800 attack Dinosaur-type monster who can be sent from the hand to the grave to search your deck for a Jurassic World that can be added to the hand.

Spells
Optional Adds
Dragon's Gunfire
A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon
Tail Swipe
Super Rejuvenation

The truth is that there really aren't that many support spells dedicated just to dragons or dinosaurs, but it seems that dragon's have more support. Dragon's Gunfire can only be used when a Dragon-type monster is on your field, and it gives you two options; deal 800 points of damage directly to your opponent, or destroy all monsters on your opponent's field that have 800 attack or less, this could be an effective way of wiping out some of your opponent's synchro monsters.

Super Rejuvenation could replace Graceful Charity, during the end phase that this card has been activated on, you can draw one card for every Dragon-type sent to the graveyard from the hand or used in tributes. With montage dragon that alone is three cards if you happen to use three dragons in it's summoning. A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon sends one level five or higher Dragon-type monster on the field back to your hand, and destroys all spells and traps on the field in the process. This would be really helpful if you summon Montage Dragon using weak monsters, and happen to get stronger monsters in your hand, and allows you to clean the field of traps.

Lastly we have Tail Swipe one of the few cards out there for dinosaurs, it can only be used when a level 5 or higher Dinosaur-type monster is on the field, and allows you to send up to two lower-level or face-down monsters on the opponents side of the field to the owner's hand. This could be used to return monsters that have been taken from you back to your hand, or to remove defensive monsters from your opponent's side of the field temporarily.

There are actually a lot more cards I could suggest to you here, but I'm trying to keep a neutral stance on what I suggest. I don't know what type of deck you're trying to put together, if you want to include Tyranno Infinity into your deck, then I'd suggest adding more cards that allow you to remove cards from you and your opponents cards, and to be able to get those cards back once removed.

Now we move on to the last section, the trap cards.

Traps
Recommended Adds
1x Hunting Instinct
1x Survival Instinct
1x Seismic Shockwave
2x Dragon's Rage
2x Burst Breath

Survival Instinct is a MUST if you're playing with Tyranno Infinity, it's a dual purpose card, allowing you to remove as many Dinosaur-type monsters from your graveyard from play, and gain 400 life points for each one. Even without Tyranno Infinity, this card can be invaluable if you use it in conjunction with Return from the Different Dimension, but only do this if you're certain that you can finish your opponent off.

Another dual purpose dinosaur support card would be Seismic Shockwave, it can only be used when a Dinosaur-type monster on your side of the field is destroyed and sent to the graveyard. You can select 3 of your opponents spell/trap zones which cannot be used, this effect only lasts for three of your stand-by phases before it's destroyed, it then allows you to take a Dinosaur-type monster from your graveyard and add it back to your hand.

Dragon's Rage gives all of your Dragon-type monsters the ability to do piercing damage to your opponent's defensive monsters, which is always a good thing. Burst Breath requires you to sacrifice one of your Dragon-type monsters, but allows you to destroy all monsters on the field who have lower defense then the sacrificed monster's attack. This would be a great counter for cards that would destroy one or more of your own monsters, and can be used in combination with Curse of Anubis for even more destruction.

Traps
Optional Adds
Macro Cosmos or Skull Lair
Exchange of the Spirit
Return from the Different Dimension
D.D. Dynamite or Cemetery Bomb
Volcanic Eruption
Giant Trap Hole

As you can probably see from the above, these are support traps for Tyranno Infinity. Macro Cosmos ensures that not only will Tyranno Infinity get a power boost, but it will also keep your opponent from getting back important cards once they've been removed from the game. Skull Lair gives you a lot more control over the cards being removed from play, and lets you destroy your opponents monsters by removing cards from the grave equal to the target monster's level. This can be used in combination with D.D. Dynamite to add insult to injury by dealing 300 damage to your opponent times the number of their cards that have been removed from play.

Alternatively to the above, you can use Cemetery Bomb to inflict 100 damage to your opponent for every card in their graveyard, alone this is pretty weak. But you can combo it with cards like Giant Trap Hole or even better, Exchange of the Spirit in order to amp up the damage tremendously.

Lastly we have Volcanic Eruption, you can only activate it by offering Jurassic World as a tribute, it allows you to destroy all cards on the field. It's pretty powerful on it's own, if you don't have anything but Jurassic World to lose. This can also be used in combination with Gilasaurus and Demise of The Land in order to pull off Volcanic Eruption more easily.

There you have it friend, I apologize once more for making such a long post XD but you asked for the help and I had more than enough to offer :3. I only wish I could have offered you more advice regarding the Level monsters, but I'm sure someone else here can offer you help with them.

P.S: Yes, I did type this all myself. Thanks for the kudos Helix ^.^Berserkfhurer 15:39, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
