If I summon Cyber Dragon thorugh its effect, can my opponent use evilswarm thunderbird's eff in response? Grazzingcow (talk • contribs) 23:18, April 26, 2013 (UTC)
- No, because Cyber Dragon's special summon Condition does not start a chain, because there is no card effect being activated. See Special Summon for more details on Inherent Special Summons. Anyway, since there is no card or effect activating, Thunderbird can't banish itself. --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 00:22, April 27, 2013 (UTC)
