Forum:Extra Normal Summons

Atlantean Heavy Infantry and many Evilswarm/Constellar monsters have the effect to grant an extra normal summon, but "You can only gain this effect once per turn). Is that just for each monster you get the extra one, or is it you can only get that effect once per turn, period. They're just worded badly IMO lol. Like "Elemental Dragon", their effect is once per turn, and only once per turn, unlike "Hunder" archetype. --iFredCat 02:18, March 25, 2013 (UTC)

Still kinda foggy. So if I have multiple Constellar Pollux's on the field, I only get one extra normal summon because they're both Pollux, but if I have a Pollux and a Leonis I get 2 extra summons because they're different, right? No, this is a bit different from the Elemental Dragons. Their conditions apply only for cards of the same name. The restriction "You can only gain this effect once per turn" applies to any card. This means you can only Normal Summon twice one time, regardless if there are 2 Pollux, or 1 Leonis and 1 Pollux, on your field. However, this restriction doesn't apply to additional Normal Summons like Ultimate Offering, Pahunder, or Sombres. MadRest 20:22, March 25, 2013 (UTC)
