If this card summons itself during the standby phase along with Sacred phoenix of nephthys, how would it work? Could i first summon Garunix and let its effect resolve to destroy all monsters on the field, then summon Nephthys after so it avoids garunix's effect--121.54.23.2 (talk) 13:05, June 9, 2013 (UTC)

Both revival effects will resolve in the same Chain. Then, both field-wiping effects will resolve in a different Chain, after they have been Special Summoned. See also SEGOC. No, effects which say "During the X Phase:" always resolve in a separate Chain. You can choose which to Summon first, then wait for its second effect to resolve before Summoning the other one. 195.211.153.15 (talk) 15:37, June 9, 2013 (UTC)
