Hey I just made my first GB deck and I need some advice on what to take out and add in so it will run more smoothly. I would also like to somehow put X Saber- Airbellum's in here but I don't know how to. Dark-Boshi

side deck is pretty good just say add 3 Mirror of Oaths. Take out the prismas and add 1 X-Saber Airbellum and probally add a Cyber Dragon good if you have that card in your hand and airbellum synchro summon a level 8 monster. Retiari is good in a side deck to. 3 laquaris is good but that is opional.Need 3 books it is a better version of shrink. No enemy controller, lightning vortex, shrink, smashing ground. Your glad deck is pretty good me, you, and blue-eyes white kid pretty much have the best glad decks.--Airbellum 03:00, 18 July 2009 (UTC)

Thank you for the advice but why do you suggest only 1 Airbellum instead of two or three? I was thinking in using only one enemy controller and adding in another GB War Chariot, Swords of Revealing Light for a nother Test Tiger, and taking out the one Prisma for another Equeste Dark-Boshi

I can't really find anything to take out for the 2 Airbellums because i want to keep everything the way it is except try to minimize everything to 40 cards. i still want to keep 1 prisma becaust Beastairi was limited >.> Dark-Boshi

Wow i can see the deck that you just made work extremely well. I want to use D. Prison instead of Fissure though. Do you know how fast the deck you just made runs Mr. Knightrider25? I still want to be able to Sync in the deck but I don't know if I should now Dark-Boshi
Not really but it's fast enough. Fissure are for to use against Lightsworns. And if you want to Synch just take out Prisma and add 2 X-Saber Airbellum.

Ok and what else should I side so I can stop other decks like Blackwing, Skill Drain,a dn random decks that I might face in tournaments? How much is fast enough if I may ask? Dark-Boshi
I'm really not sure. I haven't test my Glad Deck yet which is something like this until I go again to my local tournament on Sunday. I know that the Book of Moon and Bottomless Trap Holes (Waboku too) serves you well againts Blackwings. If you Book of Moon/Bottomless their Blackwing they Normal Summon, then they won't be able to activate Black Whirlwind because it needs the monster to be face-up on the field. For Skill Drain I'm not sure because I haven't face one yet but I assure you if your playing against one your first thing you should do is summon Heraklinos so you can negate it. Oh yeah I forgot you should definitely add a Cyber Dragon.

I have a tournament tomorrow so I will test out your build before it so I can change things. I don't really see a point for Cyber Dragon in a GB deck though Dark-Boshi
Swarms, lures out Bottomless, Book, ect. and if your playing a random machine deck, fusion summon chimeratech fortress dragon. Good luck to you tomorrow.

Your welcome and sorry I just wanted to know why you wanted to run Cyber Dragon in it. Oh and hey what is the different between Synchro Cat and Gladiator Beast decks? I get that Synchro Cat can creat OTKs like crazy but what cards do you run in it that you don't run in GB? Dark-Boshi
Well the idea of Synchro Cat is to use Cold Wave, then Summon Summoner Monk, discard for another one, discard for Rescue Cat, use effect for 2 Airbellum, synch for Arcanite Magician/Dark Strike Fighter. But I don't have any idea how they run since I have not seen the full deck myself.

What does Arcanite Magician do? I want to see one in action but I haven't found someone that has a good one yet though.
Arcanite Magician LIGHT Level 7 Spellcaster/Synchro/Effect 400/1800 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Spellcaster-Type monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned, place 2 Spell Counters on it. This card gains 1000 ATK for each Spell Counter on it. You can remove 1 Spell Counter from a card you control to destroy 1 card your opponent controls.

i suggest you take out prisma (i know that bestiari was limited but now the deck revoles around synchros now not has much as gyzarus)and side deck retiari.Arcanite is a good idea good if you dont really need to nuke the the field. Summoner monk i would say would be a more different build. Cold wave is good in synchro glad (activate cold wave tribute rescue cat for airbellum and samnite synchro summon goyo and your oppoent can do anything about it).Cyber Dragon is opional i would say.--Airbellum 09:19, 18 July 2009 (UTC)

I took monk out of my deck because it was a little incosistant. You should take out 2 controllers for 2 cold waves. I can also give you the guy that came in second with his glad deck at nationals.--Airbellum 02:44, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

Why shouldn't I run Octavious? wow the guys list is nice but i see a lot of ppl saying to take out Airbellum though Dark-Boshi
it waste your hand and not good for tournaments, also you need a pacific glad to summon it.

Well I'll only use Octavious fo a beatstick and then contact fusion him and re special summon him and repeat. I just need to make my deck faster and stronger. I want to put 2 Dimensional Prisons in there. Dark-Boshi

Really? Sweet XD but i do want to put shrinks and solemns in there. i can't find room for them though Dark-Boshi
i didnt know you had solemns but shrinks can stay out since, book of moon is a better version of shrink.but try to take out smashing ground and maybe only have 2 wabokus for a 2 solemns.--Airbellum 05:47, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
well there are a lot of cards that i have but i just don't mention. like if someone recommends a card i might try to get it to test it out in the deck. Ok i'll try that but if it doesn't work then i'm going to try to trade my set of solemns for an arcanite magician, a second d. prison, and make the whole deck holo Dark-Boshi
if i am not mistaking 2 solemns would be 42-43 dollars a second prison and arcanite would be 37-38 dollars so i say no.--Airbellum 06:40, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
