I wanna know if the Hand Destruction's effect is a cost or if is just like Card Destruction's effect.

i think it is a cost, because if you can't discard 2 cards/ your opponent cant you can't use it

Hand Destruction has no cost! Both players sent the 2 cards from their hand to the Graveyard while the effect resolves. ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 21:02, 13 August 2009 (UTC)

so if it has no cost then what happens if I activate it when I have 0 cards in my hand and my opponnent has 2?

If a player has less card in than 2 cards in the Hand (or Deck), then Hand Destruction cannot be activated since it cannot resolve properly. ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 07:23, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
