- "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8" cannot negate the effects of already-face-up Spell Card. It can only negate the activation of a Spell Card, which is when you play it from your hand or flip it face-up. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 18:38, September 12, 2009 (UTC)
