Well, there hasn't been "official" rules for tag dueling for quite some time. These were upper deck's rules for Tag Duels. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Team_Dueling_Rules
As for anime, there were 2 variations, the normal one which is the same as Upper Deck and the "Tag Force" rules which both player only had 5 Monster and Spell/ Trap Zones to use. Look at the Tag Force series for more info. Jamesfury (talk • contribs) 00:11, February 3, 2012 (UTC)
