card text vs common wisdom
the card text DOES say destroy but I don't know if a destruction effect can even happen for cards in hand. Any other situation says discard like with D.D. Designator or Mind Crush but CC actually says destroy. Its really something you'd have to ask a judge about

Can you state another precedent?
Besides the three virus cards is there any other precedent for a card to be destroyed instead of discarded from the hand?Steelfallenangel 19:30, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

- Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin. There's also Hand Destruction which sends cards to the Grave without discarding them. Danny Lilithborne 01:33, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
