No they can't, thats what teh "cannot be summoned by other ways" bit means. also, be sure to post these questions in the ruling forums.....and you may wanna stop making those ruling pages, they are going to get deletedDreadKaiser (talk • contribs) 02:36, June 12, 2014 (UTC)
