Is it legal to use cards that haven't been released in English in Advanced Format? 173.168.59.3 (talk) 02:36, August 30, 2010 (UTC)
- No. OCG cards (Japanese, Chinese, Asian-English, etc) can't be used in the TCG. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 17:21, August 30, 2010 (UTC)
- French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish cards are legal in TCG tournaments, provided you bring a translation of their effect and stats. But any cards in those languages should already have an English release. -- Deltaneos (talk) 17:28, August 30, 2010 (UTC)
Damn, i really wanna use red nova dragon.
I run Japanese cards in my decks mainly cause I was there on holiday and I found mirror force and solemns for about 3 percent of the normal price. I refuse to pay exorbitant prices for card, espescially if im just playing my friends. some of them complain but in the end...I couldn't care less, it is just a card game after all
fair enough if its a tournament though, yeah, pay the price. Volcanicstriker (talk • contribs) 05:08, September 1, 2010 (UTC)
