- "Light and Darkness Dragon" cannot negate that effect. Amongst other things, "Light and Darkness Dragon" can't negate an effect if the effect doesn't start a Chain Link. The "crystallisation" effect of "Crystal Beast" monsters doesn't start a Chain Link, so "Light and Darkness Dragon" cannot negate it.
