I finally got around to doing the duel between me and Leloche, but a question occurred to me near the end of it, since it isn't listed on their card effects, can Magna-Slash Dragon and Gravi-Crush Dragon use their effects at any time so long as you meet the requirements? Both are Ignition Monster Effects, so they can only be activated during your main phase 1 and 2. 3-D 00:56, 20 November 2008 (UTC)
