- I have some questions about the effect of Magna-Slash Dragon:
- Can you use the effect while Macro Cosmos is active?
- Can you use a Set Continuous Spell for his effect?

- No. It is a cost to send it to the Graveyard. While "Macro Cosmos" is on the field, you cannot pay the cost, so you cannot activate the effect.
- The text specifically says "1 face-up Continuous Spell Card".
