Player A has one set card and two monsters.Player B summons Mist Wurm and calls priority selecting the three cards.Player A activates Torrential.When the effects resolve player A claims that his monsters return to his hand cause Mist Wurm's effect was first to activate. Player B claims that the chain is resolve backwards so first the monsters get destroyed and then the effect of Mist Wurm disappeares. Who is correct??? Thanx in advance. I guess it works out that last chain resolves first then goes backward. so, Mist Wurm is destroyed, but Mist Wurm can still return cards to your opponent's hand, because its effect works when it's Synchro Summoned not when it's face-up on the field. when mist wurm resolves the monsters are gone, so no returning back to the hand. Since torrential was activated it doesn't go back to the hand either, it is sent to the grave. -dest- (talk • contribs) 19:10, May 6, 2011 (UTC)
