Please Check if my rulings are correct MY opponent used my Psycho Wizard of Silence as a tribute of his monarch like Caius the Shadow Monarch will my monster resolve first summon the RFP'd monster and then the monarch next can target the summoned monster by my Psycho Wizard of Silence or the monarch must target first before the resolution of my monster?
I can arrange my mandatory effects to resolve as long as there are no opponent effects present in the chain? thanks June23ly (talk • contribs) 10:34, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
- SEGOC
- In the TCG
- Chain Link 1: Psycho Wizard of Silence (This must be chain link 1, according to SEGOC#TCG)
- Chain Link 2: Caius the Shadow Monarch (Selects Target)
resolve
- Chain Link 2: Caius the Shadow Monarch (Removes Target)
- Chain Link 1: Psycho Wizard of Silence (Special Summons)
- In the OCG, it's the regular order, per SEGOC#Order
- Chain Link 1: Caius the Shadow Monarch (Mandatory Trigger, Turn player) (Selects Target)
- Chain Link 2: Psycho Wizard of Silence (Mandatory Trigger, Opponent)
resolve
- Chain Link 2: Psycho Wizard of Silence (Special Summons)
- Chain Link 1: Caius the Shadow Monarch (Removes Target)

so in both cases Caius the Shadow Monarch cannot select the monster to be SSed by Psycho Wizard of Silence as its target. thanksJune23ly (talk • contribs) 11:20, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
